Wedding Wednesday: Details Part 1 - Tables

These tables were one of the biggest things that I obsessed about for the wedding. Therefore, I just have to share :)
These flowers seriously just made my tables look amazing. I don't know what I would have done without our amazing florist, Julie!
This is my real table centerpiece. I thought it would be fun to share my inspiration from Pinterest!

Turned our pretty close huh? My friends Katie and Tim built these boxes for us. They were going to use them for their wedding too, but ended up doing something else. We looked at some other options at Michaels/JoAnn's but it was just going to be easier to do them ourselves. Then we didn't even end up doing them :) These pink bottles are just sparkling pink lemonade from Trader Joe's. We took the labels off and added a piece of lace. We found some corks that would fit in these bottles at JoAnn's and then ordered the table numbers online from Zazzle.
These are our bride and groom escort cards, which I worked my butt off making. But I will share more about that later. Just needed to include them since they are on tables too and incorporate our copper color!
My mom had bought this super cute banner for my bridal shower. It had almost all of the letters that I needed to make this sign. I just had to recreate an R and restring it :) It worked out perfectly.
These candle holders looked so perfect on the big day. But don't be fooled. Our dining room looked like this for multiple weekends leading up to the wedding...
My friend Kristin helped me with lots of these crafts, but I could not have taped all of these weird shaped candle holders without her help! The large candle holders were done pretty far in advanced. About 5 days before the wedding our wedding coordinator suggested that we had FIVE small candles to each table. Of course she meant 5 plain ones, but my inner OCD needed them all to match. So I did 100 more little ones the week of the wedding. It was doable though :)
These table runners were probably the most stressful thing about my wedding planning. We didn't have a huge number of tables (12 + head table) but man can those table runners add up. We also had to rent the table clothes. So I was trying to be cheap on the runners at first. I thought I could make them myself and went to SO MANY fabric stores and ordered probably 10 different swatches online. I could not find exactly what I wanted. I finally found one that I really liked and then when I went to the fabric stores to get it cut, we found out that it had been discontinued and they didn't have enough in stock. That said, I literally waited until June 15th to order these and they had to be at our house by July 3rd. I ended up purchasing them from Vow Wow Decor. Not only did she get them done in time (I definitely recommend ordering ahead!), but they were so reasonable in price and turned out the ABSOLUTELY perfect. To top it off, she used some of my pics on her site :) I could not find anywhere that would beat her prices and she was just so fun to work with.

We went with the peach napkins because they didn't stand out too much and they went perfectly with the tablecloths and flowers!

And here is the final product (and one of my favorite photos!)
As usual for a Wednesday, I'm linking up with Holly
